Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Full Refund

·         Full refund if the product is damaged, missing items, or incorrect, within 3 days of the delivery of the product.

·         Customer must provide a photo clearly showing the issue via email or the website (contact form, website chat, or WhatsApp).

·         Refund approval is issued within 24 hours of receiving the photo. 

2. Approval & Refund Process

·         Once approved, the customer returns the item. Upon receipt, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

·         Return shipping cost will be reimbursed by Gifting CY, provided the customer supplies a valid receipt. 

3. Return Conditions

·         Item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered (except for the original defect).

·         Customer is responsible for safely packaging the product during return.

4. Refund Timeline

·         Refund to the original payment method will be completed within 7 business days after Gifting CY receives the returned item and shipping proof. 

5. Exceptions

·         We do not handle returns for reasons outside those listed (e.g., changed mind, fit preferences, color expectations).

·         Items not meeting the criteria (e.g., returned after 3 days, missing evidence) are not eligible for a full refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

1.      Contact us via email or chat/WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with a photo.

2.      Receive approval and return instructions within 24 hours.

3.      Ship the item and email us the shipping receipt.

4.      We reimburse shipping plus the full product price within 15 business days of receiving the return.
